Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to provide the best quality study material. Sample photos of each book along with a detailed index are available on the website. If you face any issues with the study material, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We accept return & refund requests only in the following cases:

• Product received is broken or damaged.
• Product does not match the specifications provided at the time of order placement.
• Unboxing video is compulsory for return & replacement. Please record a video while opening your parcel.

In case of a return, deductions may be made for shipping, marketing, operational, and damage costs before issuing a refund.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation is possible only before dispatch. We do not accept cancellation requests once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.
